The text is, “ὡς οὖν εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ἐγώ εἰμι ἀπῆλθον εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω καὶ ἔπεσαν χαμαί”.

ὡς -> subordinating temporal conjunction -> as | that | while NRIEH

οὖν -> coordinating inferential conjunction -> when | thus

εἶπεν -> third person, singular, aorist, active, indicative verb -> he said

αὐτοῖς -> third person, personal, masculine, plural, dative pronoun -> to them

ἐγώ -> first person, personal, singular, nominative pronoun -> I

εἰμι -> first person, singular, present, indicative verb -> am

ἀπῆλθον -> third person, plural, aorist, active, indicative verb -> they withdrew

εἰς -> preposition taking the accusative for its object word -> into NRIEH

The meaning of this verse is,
