οὗτος ἦν ἐν ἀρχῇ πρὸς τὸν θεόν (John 1:2)

Title:  This One Was in Beginning With God

The text is, “οὗτος ἦν ἐν ἀρχῇ πρὸς τὸν θεόν”.

οὗτος -> masculine, singular, nominative, demonstrative pronoun -> this one

ἦν -> third person, singular, imperfect, indicative verb -> was

ἐν -> preposition taking the dative for its object word -> in

ἀρχῇ -> feminine, singular, dative noun -> beginning

πρὸς -> preposition taking the accusative for its object word -> with

τὸν -> masculine, singular, accusative article -> the NRIEH*

The meaning of this verse is,
