Title:  I Am the Door

The text is, “ἐγώ εἰμι ἡ θύρα· δι’ ἐμοῦ ἐάν τις εἰσέλθῃ σωθήσεται καὶ εἰσελεύσεται καὶ ἐξελεύσεται καὶ νομὴν εὑρήσει”

“ἐγώ”:  first person, personal, singular, nominative pronoun meaning “I”.

“εἰμι”:  first person, singular, present, indicative verb meaning “am”.

“ἡ”:  feminine, singular, nominative article meaning “the”.

“θύρα”:  feminine, singular, nominative noun meaning “door”.

“δι’”:  preposition taking the genitive for its object word and meaning “through”.

“ἐμοῦ”:  first person, personal, singular, genitive pronoun meaning “me”.

“ἐάν”:  subordinating conditional conjunction meaning “if”.

“τις”:  masculine, singular, nominative, indefinite pronoun meaning “anyone”.

“εἰσέλθῃ”:  third person, singular, aorist, active, subjunctive verb meaning “should enter”.

“σωθήσεται”:  third person, singular, future, active, indicative verb meaning ” he will be saved”.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“εἰσελεύσεται”:  third person, singular, future, middle, indicative verb meaning “he will come in”.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“ἐξελεύσεται”:  third person, singular, future, middle, indicative verb meaning “he will go out”.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“νομὴν”:  feminine, singular, accusative noun meaning “pasture” or “pasturage”.

“εὑρήσει”:  third person, singular, future, active, indicative verb meaning “he will find”.

The meaning of this verse is,

I am the door, and if anyone should enter through me he will be saved, and he will come in, and he will go out, and he will find pasturage.”
