Title:  So the Jews Grumbled About Him

The text is, “Ἐγόγγυζον οὖν οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι περὶ αὐτοῦ ὅτι εἶπεν· ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ἄρτος ὁ καταβὰς ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ”.

“Ἐγόγγυζον”:  third person, plural, imperfect, active, indicative verb meaning “had grumbled”.

“οὖν”:  coordinating inferential conjunction meaning “so”.

“οἱ”:  masculine, plural, nominative article meaning “the”.
