Title:  He Said These Things, and After This He Said to Them, “Our Friend Lazarus Sleeps”

The text is, “Ταῦτα εἶπεν, καὶ μετὰ τοῦτο λέγει αὐτοῖς· Λάζαρος ὁ φίλος ἡμῶν κεκοίμηται· ἀλλὰ πορεύομαι ἵνα ἐξυπνίσω αὐτόν”.

“Ταῦτα”:  neuter, plural, accusative, demonstrative pronoun meaning “these things”.

“εἶπεν”:  third person, singular, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “he said”.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“μετὰ”:  preposition taking the accusative for its object word and meaning “after”.

“τοῦτο”:  neuter, singular, accusative, demonstrative pronoun meaning “this”.

“λέγει”:  third person, singular, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “he said”.

“αὐτοῖς”:  third person, personal, masculine, plural, dative pronoun meaning “to them”.

“Λάζαρος”:  masculine, singular, nominative, proper noun meaning “Lazarus”.
