Title:  I Know that You are Offspring of Abraham

The text is, “Οἶδα ὅτι σπέρμα Ἀβραάμ ἐστε· ἀλλὰ ζητεῖτέ με ἀποκτεῖναι, ὅτι ὁ λόγος ὁ ἐμὸς οὐ χωρεῖ ἐν ὑμῖν”.

“Οἶδα”:  first person, singular, perfect, active, indicative verb meaning “I know”.

“ὅτι”:  subordinating complementary conjunction meaning “that”.

“σπέρμα”:  neuter, singular, nominative noun meaning “offspring”.

“Ἀβραάμ”:  masculine, singular, genitive, proper noun meaning “of Abraham”.

“ἐστε”:  second person, plural, present, indicative verb meaning “you are”.

“ἀλλὰ”:  coordinating adversative conjunction meaning “but”.
