Title:  And they Came to Him and Were Saying, “Be Joyful! the King of the Jews!”

The text is, “καὶ ἤρχοντο πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ ἔλεγον· χαῖρε ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν Ἰουδαίων· καὶ ἐδίδοσαν αὐτῷ ῥαπίσματα”.

καὶ -> coordinating additive conjunction -> and

ἤρχοντο -> third person, plural, imperfect, active, indicative verb -> they came

πρὸς -> preposition taking the accusative for its object word -> to

αὐτὸν -> third person, personal, masculine, singular, accusative pronoun -> him

καὶ -> coordinating additive conjunction -> and

ἔλεγον -> third person, plural, imperfect, active, indicative verb -> were saying

χαῖρε-> second person, singular, present, active, imperative verb -> be joyful
