Title:  If I am Not Doing the Works of My Father, Do Not Believe Me

The text is, “εἰ οὐ ποιῶ τὰ ἔργα τοῦ πατρός μου μὴ πιστεύετέ μοι”.

“εἰ”:  subordinating conditional conjunction meaning “if”.

“οὐ”:  negative particle meaning “not”.

“ποιῶ”:  first person, singular, present, active, indicative verb meaning “I am doing”.

“τὰ”:  neuter, plural, accusative article meaning “the”.

“ἔργα”:  neuter, plural, accusative noun meaning “works”.

“τοῦ”:  masculine, singular, genitive article meaning “the” but it is not rendered into English here.

“πατρός”:  masculine, singular, genitive noun meaning “Father”.

“μου”:  first person, personal, singular, genitive pronoun meaning “of my”.

“μὴ”:  negative particle meaning “not”.

“πιστεύετέ”:  second person, plural, present, active, imperative verb meaning “do believe”.

“μοι”:  first person, personal, singular, dative pronoun meaning “me”.

The meaning of this verse is,

If I am not doing the works of my Father, do not believe me.”
