Title:  But  If I Am Doing, and Even If You Should Not Believe in Me. You Believe the Works

The text is, “εἰ δὲ ποιῶ, κἂν ἐμοὶ μὴ πιστεύητε, τοῖς ἔργοις πιστεύετε, ἵνα γνῶτε καὶ γινώσκητε ὅτι ἐν ἐμοὶ ὁ πατὴρ κἀγὼ ἐν τῷ πατρί”.

“εἰ”:  subordinating conditional conjunction meaning “if”.

“δὲ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “but”.

“ποιῶ”:  first person, singular, present, active, indicative verb meaning “I am doing”.

“κἂν”:  crasis of καὶ ἐν:  coordinating conjunction “καὶ” meaning “and” with “ἄν” meaning “if”, the crasis then means “and if”.

“ἐμοὶ”:  first person, personal, singular, dative pronoun meaning “me”.

“μὴ”:  negative particle meaning “not”.

“πιστεύητε”:  second person, plural, present, active, subjunctive verb meaning “you should believe”.

“τοῖς”:  third person, plural, dative article meaning “the”.

“ἔργοις”:  third person, plural, dative noun meaning “works”.

“πιστεύετε”:  second person, plural, present, active, imperative verb meaning “you believe”.

“ἵνα”:  subordinating purposive conjunction meaning “so that”.

“γνῶτε”:  second person, plural, aorist, active, subjunctive verb meaning “you might know”.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“γινώσκητε”:  second person, plural, aorist, active, subjunctive verb meaning “you might understand”.

“ὅτι”:  subordinating complementary conjunction meaning “that” but it is not rendered into English here.

“ἐν”:  preposition taking the dative for its object word and meaning “in”.

“ἐμοὶ”:  first person, personal, singular, dative pronoun meaning “me”.

“ὁ”:  masculine, singular, nominative article meaning “the”.

The meaning of this verse is,

But if I am doing, and even if you should not believe me, you believe the works, so that you might know and you might understand me in the Father, and the Father in me.”
