The text is, “διὰ τοῦτο οὐκ ἠδύναντο πιστεύειν, ὅτι πάλιν εἶπεν Ἠσαΐας”.

“διὰ”:  preposition taking the accusative for its object word and meaning “therefore”.

“οὐκ”:  negative particle meaning “not”.
