Title:  For He Knew The One Betraying Him; Because of This He Knew That Not All Were Clean

The text is, “ᾔδει γὰρ τὸν παραδιδόντα αὐτόν· διὰ τοῦτο εἶπεν ὅτι οὐχὶ πάντες καθαροί ἐστε”.

“ᾔδει”:  third person, singular, pluperfect, active, indicative verb meaning “he knew”.
