Title:  The Woman, When She Shall Give Birth, Has Sorrow Because Her Hour Has Come,

The text is, “ἡ γυνὴ ὅταν τίκτῃ λύπην ἔχει ὅτι ἦλθεν ἡ ὥρα αὐτῆς ὅταν δὲ γεννήσῃ τὸ παιδίον οὐκέτι μνημονεύει τῆς θλίψεως διὰ τὴν χαρὰν ὅτι ἐγεννήθη ἄνθρωπος εἰς τὸν κόσμον”.

ἡ -> feminine, singular, nominative article -> the

γυνὴ -> feminine, singular, nominative noun -> woman

ὅταν -> subordinating temporal conjunction -> when

τίκτῃ -> third person, singular, present, active, subjunctive verb -> she shall give birth

The woman, when she shall give birth, has sorrow because her hour has come, but when the child shall have been delivered, she remembers the agony no longer, because of the joy that a person was born into the world.”
