Title:  So They Were Saying, “What is This One Saying?”  “The Short Time.”  We Do Not Know What He Says.”

The text is, “ἔλεγον οὖν· τί ἐστιν τοῦτο [ὃ λέγει] τὸ μικρόν; οὐκ οἴδαμεν τί λαλεῖ.”.
