Title:  So the Priests and the Pharisees Convened the Sanhedrin

The text is, “Συνήγαγον οὖν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι συνέδριον καὶ ἔλεγον· τί ποιοῦμεν ὅτι οὗτος ὁ ἄνθρωπος πολλὰ ποιεῖ σημεῖα”.

“Συνήγαγον”:  third person, plural, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “convened”.

“οὖν”:  coordinating inferential conjunction meaning “so”.

“οἱ”:  masculine, plural, nominative article meaning “the”.

“ἀρχιερεῖς”: masculine, plural, nominative noun meaning “priests”.
