κἀγὼ ἐρωτήσω τὸν πατέρα καὶ ἄλλον παράκλητον δώσει ὑμῖν (John 14:16)

Title:  And I Will Ask the Father, and He Will Give the Other Helper to You

The text is, “κἀγὼ ἐρωτήσω τὸν πατέρα καὶ ἄλλον παράκλητον δώσει ὑμῖν, ἵνα μεθ’ ὑμῶν εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα ᾖ”.

κἀγὼ ->   crasis of “καὶ” (coordinating conjunction)  and “‘έγω” (first person, personal, singular, nominative pronoun) -> and I

ἐρωτήσω -> first person, personal, future, active, indicative verb -> I will ask

  τὸν -> masculine, singular, accusative article -> the

πατέρα -> masculine, singular, accusative noun -> Father

καὶ -> coordinating conjunction -> and

ἄλλον -> masculine, singular, accusative, demonstrative adjective -> the other

παράκλητον -> masculine, singular, accusative noun -> Helper | Advocate

δώσει -> third person, singular, future, active, indicative verb -> he will give

ὑμῖν -> second person, personal, plural, dative pronoun -> to you

ἵνα -> subordinating purposive conjunction -> so that

μεθ -> preposition taking the genitive for its object word -> with

ὑμῶν -> second person, personal, plural, genitive pronoun -> you

εἰς -> preposition taking the accusative for its object word -> as far as

τὸν -> masculine, singular, accusative article -> the NRIEH

αἰῶνα -> masculine, singular, accusative noun -> eternity

ᾖ -> third person, singular, present, subjunctive verb -> he should be

The meaning of this verse is,

And I will ask the Father, and he will give the other helper to you, so that he should be with you as far as eternity,”
