The text is, “καὶ ὑμεῖς δὲ μαρτυρεῖτε ὅτι ἀπ’ ἀρχῆς μετ’ ἐμοῦ ἐστε”.

καὶ -> coordinating conjunction -> and

ὑμεῖς -> second person, personal, plural, nominative pronoun -> you

δὲ -> coordinating conjunction -> also

μαρτυρεῖτε -> second person, plural, present, active, indicative verb -> bear witness

ὅτι -> subordinating causative conjunction -> because

ἀπ’ -> preposition taking the genitive for its object word -> from

ἀρχῆς -> feminine, singular, genitive noun -> the beginning
