The text is, “Καὶ παράγων εἶδεν ἄνθρωπον τυφλὸν ἐκ γενετῆς”.

“Καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“παράγων”:  present, active, participial, masculine, singular, nominative verb meaning “passing by”.

“εἶδεν”:  third person, singular, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “he saw”.
