Title:  Although Jesus Himself Did Not Baptize

The text is, “καίτοιγε Ἰησοῦς αὐτὸς οὐκ ἐβάπτιζεν ἀλλ’ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ”.

“καίτοιγε”:  subordinating conclusive conjunction meaning “although”.

“Ἰησοῦς”:  masculine, singular, nominative, proper noun meaning “Jesus”.

“αὐτὸς”:  third person, masculine, singular, nominative, intensive pronoun meaning “himself”.

“οὐκ”:  negative particle meaning “not”.

“ἐβάπτιζεν”:  third person, singular, imperfect, active, indicative noun meaning “did baptize”.
