The text is, “Τοῦτο [δὲ] πάλιν δεύτερον σημεῖον ἐποίησεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἐλθὼν ἐκ τῆς Ἰουδαίας εἰς τὴν Γαλιλαίαν”.

“Τοῦτο”:  neuter, singular, accusative, demonstrative pronoun meaning “this”.
