Title:  For I Gave an Example to You so that, Just as I Did For You, You Also Should Do

The text is, “ὑπόδειγμα γὰρ ἔδωκα ὑμῖν ἵνα καθὼς ἐγὼ ἐποίησα ὑμῖν καὶ ὑμεῖς ποιῆτε”.

“ὑπόδειγμα”:  neuter, singular, accusative noun meaning “an example”.

“γὰρ”:  coordinating explanatory conjunction meaning “for”.

“ἔδωκα”:  first person, singular, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “I gave”.

“ὑμῖν”:  second person, personal, plural, dative pronoun meaning “to you”.

“ἵνα”:  subordinating complementary conjunction meaning “so that”.
