Title:  The One Eating My Flesh and Drinking My Blood

The text is, “ὁ τρώγων μου τὴν σάρκα καὶ πίνων μου τὸ αἷμα ἔχει ζωὴν αἰώνιον, κἀγὼ ἀναστήσω αὐτὸν τῇ ἐσχάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ”.

“ὁ”:  masculine, singular, nominative article meaning “the”.

“τρώγων”:  present, active, participial, masculine, singular, nominative verb meaning “one eating”.
