Title:  Now the Scribes and Pharisees Brought a Woman

The text is, “Ἄγουσιν δὲ οἱ γραμματεῖς καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι γυναῖκα ἐπὶ μοιχείᾳ κατειλημμένην καὶ στήσαντες αὐτὴν ἐν μέσῳ”.

“Ἄγουσιν”:  third person, plural, present, active, indicative verb meaning “brought”.

“δὲ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”, “but”, or “now”.

“οἱ”:  masculine, plural, nominative article meaning “the”.

“γραμματεῖς”:  masculine, plural, nominative noun meaning “scribes”.
