Title:  So the Parents Answered Them and Said

The text is, “ἀπεκρίθησαν οὖν οἱ γονεῖς αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπαν· οἴδαμεν ὅτι οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ υἱὸς ἡμῶν καὶ ὅτι τυφλὸς ἐγεννήθη”.

“ἀπεκρίθησαν”:  third person, plural, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “answered”.

“οὖν”:  coordinating inferential conjunction meaning “so”.

“οἱ”:  masculine, plural, nominative article meaning “the”.

“γονεῖς”:  masculine, plural, nominative noun meaning “parents”.
