Title:  This is the Bread that is Descending from Heaven

The text is, “οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ ἄρτος ὁ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καταβαίνων, ἵνα τις ἐξ αὐτοῦ φάγῃ καὶ μὴ ἀποθάνῃ”.

“οὗτός”:  masculine, singular, nominative, demonstrative pronoun meaning “this”.

“ἐστιν”:  third person, singular, present, indicative verb meaning “is”.

“ὁ”:  masculine, singular, nominative article meaning “the”.
