Title:  So the Pharisees Said to One Another, “You Come to a Knowledge that Gains Nothing”

The text is, “οἱ οὖν Φαρισαῖοι εἶπαν πρὸς ἑαυτούς· θεωρεῖτε ὅτι οὐκ ὠφελεῖτε οὐδέν· ἴδε ὁ κόσμος ὀπίσω αὐτοῦ ἀπῆλθεν”.

“οἱ”:  masculine, plural, nominative article meaning “the”.

“οὖν”:  coordinating inferential conjunction meaning “so”.

“Φαρισαῖοι”:  masculine, plural, nominative, proper noun meaning “Pharisees”.

“εἶπαν”:  third person, plural, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “said”.

“πρὸς”:  preposition taking the accusative for its object word and meaning “to”.
