Title:  And the Glory that You Have Given to Me, I Have Given to Them

The text is, “κἀγὼ τὴν δόξαν ἣν δέδωκάς μοι δέδωκα αὐτοῖς, ἵνα ὦσιν ἓν καθὼς ἡμεῖς ἕν”.

κἀγὼ -> crasis of “καὶ” (coordinating conjunction)  and “‘έγω” (first person, personal, singular, nominative pronoun) -> and I

τὴν -> feminine, singular, accusative article -> the

δόξαν -> feminine, singular, accusative noun -> glory

ἣν -> feminine, singular, accusative, definite, relative pronoun -> that

δέδωκάς -> second person, singular, perfect, active, indicative verb -> you have given

μοι -> first person, personal, singular, dative pronoun -> to me

δέδωκα -> first person, singular, perfect, active, indicative verb -> I have given

αὐτοῖς -> third person, personal, plural, dative pronoun -> to them

ἵνα -> subordinating complementary conjunction -> so that

ὦσιν -> third person, plural, present, subjunctive verb -> they might be

ἓν -> neuter, singular, nominative, cardinal adjective -> one

καθὼς -> subordinating comparative conjunction -> just as

ἡμεῖς -> first person, personal, plural, nominative pronoun -> we

ἕν -> neuter, singular, nominative, cardinal adjective -> one

The meaning of this verse is,

And the glory that you have given to me, I have given to them, so that they might be one just as we one.”
