Title:  And Falling Short of Wine

The text is:

καὶ ὑστερήσαντος οἴνου λέγει ἡ μήτηρ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ πρὸς αὐτόν· οἶνον οὐκ ἔχουσιν.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“ὑστερήσαντος”:  aorist, active, participial, masculine, singular, genitive verb meaning “lacking” or “falling short”.

“οἴνου”:  masculine, singular, genitive noun meaning “of wine”.

“λέγει”:  third person, singular, present, active, indicative verb meaning “says”.

“ἡ”:  feminine, singular, nominative article meaning “the”.

“μήτηρ”:  feminine, singular, nominative noun meaning “mother”.
