The text is, “καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ κρίσιν ποιεῖν, ὅτι υἱὸς ἀνθρώπου ἐστίν”.

“καὶ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “and”.

“ἐξουσίαν”:  feminine, singular, accusative noun meaning “authority”.

“ἔδωκεν”:  third person, singular, aorist, active, indicative verb meaning “he gave”.
