Title:  But if His Writings You Do Not Believe

The text is, “εἰ δὲ τοῖς ἐκείνου γράμμασιν οὐ πιστεύετε, πῶς τοῖς ἐμοῖς ῥήμασιν πιστεύσετε”.

“εἰ”:  subordinating conditional conjunction meaning “if”.

“δὲ”:  coordinating conjunction meaning “but”.

“τοῖς”:  neuter, plural, dative article meaning “the” but it is not rendered into English here.

“ἐκείνου”:  masculine, singular, genitive, demonstrative pronoun meaning “his”.

“γράμμασιν”:  neuter, plural, dative noun meaning “writings”.

“οὐ”:  negative particle meaning “not”.

“πιστεύετε”:  third person, plural, present, active, indicative verb meaning “you believe”.
